In this course, statistical theory will be studied which underlies the concept of decision making through hypothesis testing so that students can master the concept of sampling distribution, parameter estimation which includes point estimates, intervals, methods for determining estimators and properties of estimators. Then we also learn about hypothesis testing methods in normal distribution sampling through the application of mean and variance testing, linear regression analysis, both simple and multiple, logistic regression, Poisson and negative binomial regression, models for classification, clustering and applications in non-parametric statistical methods. In this way, students will have the learning experience to think critically and be able to make the right decisions regarding the use of these concepts
