This course discusses the concepts of diversity, morphology and ecology of birds (members of Aves) including the evolution and phylogeny of birds, structure and function, bird behavior and communication, the relationship between bird behavior and the environment, reproduction and development, and bird populations. Apart from that, this course also reviews the benefits of birds (members of Aves) for life and research methods on birds (members of Aves). Learning is carried out with a student centered approach using the flipped learning model, practicum and Project Based Learning which is carried out honestly and independently.
