Course Description
The Islamic Business Communication course is a course that provides knowledge and skills to students to improve their ability to communicate, both written and verbal. This ability is expected to be useful in daily life in society, the work environment of companies or other organizations. This course emphasizes mastery of the main topics, namely Basic Concepts of Communication, Barriers and Efforts to Overcome Barriers in Business Communication, Interpersonal Business Communication, in Organizations, Cross-Cultural and International, Communication via Information Technology, Writing Business Messages and Business Correspondence, Writing resumes and job application letters, business interviews, preparing business proposals, making business presentations, negotiating and communicating in business meetings and writing business reports.
