Course Description
This course explains context factors involving problem typologies, risk characteristics, and decision making typologies such as individual, group or organizational decision making. Apart from that, this course also deals with strategic issues that support effectiveness, such as: bounded rationality, uncertainty, complexity, and systems thinking.
